Punch-Out!! for Nintendo Wii

Out of all games that come with the Wii Spots, boxing is the one that needs the most energy. I can play no more that 2-3 matches on the level I am currently at. But I would love some more options and a little bit more fun.This is what Punch Out!! offers. You can choose from a few different characters like Little Mac, Glass Joe, King Hippo, Doc Louis, Von Kaiser and others.. My fav is the one on the picture above. Isn’t he great looking sports guy

The game is more sensitive to moves from the Wii Sports boxing game and you can obtain a special “Star punch” which takes more health from the opponent.

The best way to find out if this is the game for you is to try it out. It was released by Nintendo just a month a go on 18th of May and is now available at the Wii Store.

So you are getting bored of the wii fitness games that come with wii fit and wand something different. EA Sports Active is a brand new game released today. Produced by the great sports gaming developers at Electronic Arts, it guarantees you good quality and hours of activities. I am still not sure why it is only reccommended for ages 5 to 20 and why you have a multiplayer mode but this is something that will be cleared later.

It comes with a knee pad which holds your Wii Nunchuk Controller and helps with some of the exercises like running, stretching with the resistance band or rope jumping. One very good option is the 30 day challenge which gives different types of moves every day depending on your progress.

We’ve been talking about Wii Shooting games lately and now it’s time to introduce one of the best games in this genre. Resident Evil 4 for Wii uses the full functionallity of the controllers and is rated as the second best edition of the game.

Resident Evil 4 for Wii has been released on May 31, 2007. With the Wii Remote you can aim and shoot so you can also use Wii Zapper or Wii Gun. With the Nunchuk you can control the rest of the game. You can also use the classic controller or a Gamecube controller but then you will loose the whole idea of playing it on Nintendo Wii.

If you are a fan of the shooting and the more advanced 3d shooters then you definately should test it on Nintendo Wii. With Wii’s advanced motion sensing technology you will be shooting at your TV with a gun, not just moving the mouse around.

You will need just a few things to get started. The Wii Zapper pack is a good starting point. Crossbow Training game is included in the pack to test the feeling of Wii Shooting Games.

Got used to it? you can try moorhuhn like game Wii Chicket Shoot . It can be played with the Zapper or with a nice one-hand Gun.

With the new Medal of Honor : Heroes 2 for Wii you can play as 3 different characters and take part of 3 great missions.
Play as Lieutenant Jimmy Patterson from the previous MoH and MoH Frontline games and join the Market Garden operation in Holland.
Take the place of Sergeant John Baker MoH Allied Assault Breakthrough and go to Italy for a special msabotage mission against the Hitler’s forces.
As Lieutenant William Holt from MoH European Assault you can fight in the Battle of the Bulge.

Not interested in the campaigns way of gaming? Then join multiplayer combat with up to 8 players or play online with up to 32 players.

Nintendo Wii console comes with one disk included. It’s Wii Sports - a small collection of games so you can get used to the handling of the wii controllers. It includes bowling, tennis, golf, boxing and baseball game.

Let’s start with bowling. The bowling game supports multiplayer so you can compete with your friends and family. It is just the simple 10 round bowling. If you want to play more advanced game you might choose from the Wii Bowling selection available here. As of this moment the available titles are Brunswick Pro Bowling, AMF Bowling Pinbusters and AMF Bowling World Lanes.

Tennis. Only 2 ppl in a team tennis is available with the basic pack of Wii Sport. If playing alone you can choose to play with both players in the team or just choose one. The game supports up to 4 players so it can be lot’s of fun. Some more advanced Wii Tennis games are currently available. Mario Power Tennis, Virtua Tennis 3

Wii Boxing. In this game you use both of the controllers. It is the best game in the Sport pack if you want to burn a few callories. Box against the “computer” or get a friends to play with you. Fight Night Round 3

And baseball. Swing with the remote controller like with a bat, curl the ball when pitching. It’s all possible with this great Wii baseball game.
